CKHS offers many activities for seniors - line dancing, AARP driving classes, aerobics classes, health lectures and T'ai Chi classes, to name a few. Screenings Crozer-Chester Medical Center, Delaware County Memorial Hospital, Springfield Hospital and Taylor Hospital offer free blood pressure screenings every week.

CKHS offers the 55 Alive Driving Program, a two-day, eight-hour driving safety course that can help you improve your driving skills and save you money on insurance. Call 1-800-CK-HEALTH (1-800-254-3258).
A four-hour AARP Defensive Driving Refresher Course will be offered on the following dates:
